This mortgage loan finances

residential mortgage financing you can finance the
construction of your house with a surface area of a
minimum of 60 m² and a maximum of 150 m².

possession of a plot of land. |

For the financing
application you must submit the following: a certificate
of registration from the Register of Births, Deaths and
Marriages, a certificate of nationality, a copy of your
identity card, a pay slip, an extract from the Register
of Mortgages, a copy of the map of the plot of land, a
drawing and budget of the object to be constructed
measuring a minimum of 60 m² and a maximum of 150 m².

Stichting Voorzieningsfonds voor
Particuliere Werknemers in Suriname – PWS (foundation
provident fund for private employees in Suriname)
Many companies are too small to have their own pension fund,
mostly because they do not have a sufficient number of
employees to build up the required pension reserve.
Nonetheless, a minimum provision is necessary.
That is why, in 1955, in
cooperation with the business community and the Government,
we took the initiative to establish the Stichting
Voorzieningsfonds voor Particuliere Werknemers in Suriname
(foundation provident fund for private employees in
Suriname), simply called PWS. Via this fund employer and
employee have the opportunity to deposit a certain amount
each month in order to create funds to provide for the old
age of the employees. The deposits carry interest and, with
regard to the employee share, this is subject to taxes at
the time of actual payment.
